Abstract : The aim of this study was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, self- efficacy and reflectiveness on academic achievement of High School Students. The investigator has used the survey method to find out the impact of the selected variables on academic achievement of high school students. The sample consisted of 1000 High School Students in four districts of Tamilnadu. The investigator has used the Adapted Emotional intelligence inventory developed by Thomas Alexander and Annaraja (2007); Self-efficacy scale developed and validated by the investigator and Annaraja (2008) and Reflectiveness questionnaire developed and validated by the investigator and Annaraja (2008) as data collecting tools for the study.
