Abstract
:
The present study reports about the relationship between Brain Dominance and leadership Style among Teachers in Coimbatore district. It examines the brain dominance, leadership style and explores the correlation between brain dominance and leadership style. The investigator adopted survey method for the study. One hundred and fifty teachers were sample for the study. Alert Scale of Cognitive Style and Leadership Style Inventory tools were used in the study. Data were collected and analyzed through appropriate statistical technique. The finding are that there is no significant difference between the high school teachers towards brain dominance, there is no significant difference between the high school teachers towards Leadership style and There is correlation between the brain dominance and Leadership style Leadership among high school teachers.
