Abstract
:
This study aims at investigating the school environment on academic achievement of IX standard students. A sample of 250 students was drawn adopting the random sampling technique from IX standard Government, Aided, unaided schools. The survey method was used to collect the data. The study revealed that there is no significant difference between boys and girls of IX Standard in their school environment and its dimensions. There is significant difference between rural and urban school IX standard students in their academic achievement. There is significant relationship between school environment and its dimensions and academic achievement of IX standard students.
