Abstract : Parents and Teachers attitudes are part of the ecological analyses of systems within which the child interact and develops and they in turn are shaped both by interactions with the child. Birth of a differently abled child does produce greater pressure on family because of extra demands of child care, greater financial burden and above all that, the worry and tension that child will not be able to lead a normal life. Teachers have been looked upon the real parents of the child by some thinkers. When interacting with differently abled children he should not let the disabled child feel that they are disabled. The teacher dealing with the disable child has multiple roles to discharge, such as counseling of the parents, teaching the child, acting as welfare agent in the society, and the disc arching the role of an official for the state of local administration.
