Abstract
:
The present study was conducted to find the life skills of the higher secondary students in Ngapattinam District. Survey method was used for this study. The study was conducted to a random sample of 810 higher secondary students studying in Nagapattinam District of Tamil Nadu. The life skills scale constructed and validated by the investigators (2016) was used to collect the data. The collected data was analyzed by using appropriate statistical techniques. The mean, standard deviation and t-test were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that there is no significant difference between the boys and girls, rural and urban, Tamil and English medium higher secondary students in respect of life skills.
