Abstract : Philosophy is one of the disproportionate field in the humanities with respect to gender. No clear, heterogeneous , data exists on contributions of female thinkers in main discourse of philosophy of education. While women philosophers were present in this discipline since ancient period. But their mysterious disappearance and underrepresentation in history of philosophy creates a misogynous climate. Since mid 1980s, feminist thinkers began to turn their critical effort toward re -establishing the women in the main discourse of philosophy who had been neglected and unaddressed by the tradition and canon of philosophy.
