Abstract
:
This study aimed to find out the organizational climate of higher secondary schools in Nagappattinam District, Tamilnadu as perceived by the teachers. 200 Higher secondary teachers were selected from 20 Higher secondary school in Nagappattinam District, Tamil nadu. The tool used in this study is Organizational Climate Questionnaire, constructed and validated by Sharma (1977). Descriptive Statistics and Differential Statistics were used in this study. Findings shows good Organizational Climate and significant differences for gender, locality, and there is no significant difference for type of management of schools, experience of teachers and experience of Headmasters.
