Abstract
:
This paper throws light on the leadership quality and its relationship with academic achievement among B.Ed. trainees of Distance education. The study was conducted on 324 on B.Ed. trainees who are pursuing B.Ed. through distance education. The result revealed positive correlation coefficient of leadership quality and academic achievement. Further significant difference was observed in the academic achievement of B.Ed. trainees with regard to gender.
