Abstract
:
The study focuses on the locus of control of higher secondary students. Locus of control is an important aspect of personality which determines the success and failure of the individual. 300 higher Secondary students were selected through stratified random sampling technique. Km.Romopal's locus of control scale was used to collect data from the sample. The findings revealed that students irrespective of the background variables fall on all the three dimensions viz. 30% internal, 33%external, 37% combined locus of control.
