Abstract
:
This paper discusses the method of mind mapping. It explores the utility and usefulness of mind mapping for effective teaching and learning. This paper also describes the techniques involved in designing mind mapping. The central focus of illustrating the use and usage of mind mapping is to facilitate teachers to adopt mind mapping in the classroom teaching. Review of literature reveals that mind mapping as the best tool for teaching various subjects at schools. Through technology, it is feasible to develop advanced tools for teaching. Mind mapping is one of the methods used for teaching. Mind mapping Software and templates are available in various forms for preparing academic and professional materials. Thus, this paper recommends implementation of the mind mapping method at Indian schools, as a primary tool for teaching subjects to students.
