Abstract
:
The aim of this research paper is to study the Total Quality Management among B-Ed colleges in Chennai district. At present, for quality in higher education is a key priority. Quality is one of the prime aim and agenda of any institution to improve and attain excellence in all aspects. This can be achieved with the issues of physical facilities, teaching expertise, relevance of curriculum, feedback from the students, competency, qualification and experience of staff members and leadership qualities of principal.
