Abstract : This study aims to study the Attitude towards Management of matriculation school teachers. The main objectives are to find out the level and significant difference based on Gender, Educational Qualification, Subject Taught, Marital Status, Type of family and the Years of Experience of matriculation school teachers. The hypothesis was that there may be significance of difference in Attitude towards management of matriculation school teachers based on Gender, Educational Qualification, Subject Taught, Marital Status, Type of Family and the Years of Experience of matriculation school teachers. Samples of 300 matriculation school teachers were selected for this study in Chennai city. The Attitude towards management Inventory was used. The major findings were Gender, Educational Qualification, Subject Taught, Marital Status, Type of Family shows no significant difference. The Years of Experience have since influence on their Attitude towards Management.
