Abstract
:
The aim of this study is to measure the Attitude of Student-teachers towards Using Social Media and to present the relationship of attitude with gender, subject, and locality. In this study, the sample includes 750 student-teachers from Cuddalore, District. T-test results for Attitude of Student-teachers towards Using Social Media according to the gender, subject, and locality have been presented. As a result, it indicates that level of social media attitude among student-teachers is favourable. There is no significant difference between the mean scores of Male and Female student-teachers, no significant difference between the mean scores of Arts and Science student-teachers and there is a significant difference between the mean scores of Rural and Urban student-teachers with respect to attitude towards using social media.
