Abstract : The evaluation of the teacher is it internal or external, should make it possible for the teacher to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, in order to seek professional training and increase their professional competencies in order to improve the quality. The purpose of this paper is to review the literature on the evaluation and feedback on the evaluation of the educational system. The new teacher evaluation process requires systemic changes to the way the school operates. Therefore, through the review of the literature, we aim to analyze the policy followed, the procedures, and the quality of the assessment; we aim to analyze the expectations and feedback from the teachers and leaders as well as to analyze the context of teacher assessment in different European countries.
